Shipping and returns

The shipment of your package 

Packages are generally sent within 2/4 days of receipt of payment and are shipped by Bartolini with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with Bartolini Extra with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postal charges. The management costs are fixed, while for purchases over € 350.00 are free throughout Italy.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two separate orders separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them, if each of them do not exceed the minimum amount for free shipping.

It is possible to collect the product directly at our store without any shipping charges. In this case, please specify your intention and notify us by e-mail to info@depuratoreonline.com in order to organize the collection and prepare the product package.

The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.

The products can be returned only after a prior communication which must be sent to the e-mail address info@depuratoreonline.com no later than 5 days from the payment date of the product. The product must be made fully functional and in its original packaging at the expense of the customer.

Only after receiving the package and after having carried out appropriate checks the company e-Water Commerce will return the due within 14 days of receipt of the product, through a bank transfer to the holder of the original purchase.
